Welcome to TokenX, a product of Onsys Infotech. By accessing our platform, website, or mobile applications, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a Host or User account on TokenX, you accept these terms in full. This includes our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software or platform.

2. Description of Service

TokenX provides a queue management and scheduling ecosystem. Host accounts (clinics, hospitals, etc.) are granted access to a dashboard to manage patient/customer flow. User accounts (patients, customers) are provided with a platform to book appointments and track their position in the queue remotely.

3. Host Subscriptions and Payments

• TokenX operates on a subscription model featuring monthly allowances and top-up booster credits.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., PhonePe).
• A 14-day free trial is provided for evaluation purposes. Post-trial, continued access requires an active subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.

4. WhatsApp and SMS Usage

TokenX utilizes third-party APIs (such as Twilio and Meta) to deliver queue notifications. Hosts are strictly prohibited from using the platform to send marketing, promotional, or non-queue related messages. Violation of this rule, or any attempt to use the platform for spam, will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information when booking slots. Spamming the booking system or using automated bots to reserve tokens is prohibited and may lead to a permanent ban from the TokenX ecosystem.

6. Limitation of Liability

Onsys Infotech provides TokenX on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, we shall not be held liable for any loss of revenue, clinical errors, or damages resulting from downtime, network failures, or misuse of the application.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
