Onsys Infotech ensures complete transparency in our billing processes for the TokenX platform. We believe in providing value first, which is why we offer a comprehensive trial before any payment is required.
1. Trial Period
We provide a 14-day free trial for all new Host accounts. You will not be charged during this period, and no credit card is required to start. This gives you ample time to evaluate all enterprise features, including the Host Portal and WhatsApp integrations, to ensure TokenX meets your clinical or business needs.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Navigate to the Billing & Subscriptions section of your Host Portal.
- Follow the cancellation prompts to stop future billing.
- Upon cancellation, your account will remain fully functional until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Refunds for Base Plans
Since we offer a fully functional 14-day trial period prior to purchase, all subscription payments for base plans (Solo Starter, Clinic Pro, Healthcare Enterprise) are non-refundable once the transaction is complete.
4. Booster Top-ups (Credits)
Purchases of "Booster Packs" (prepaid credits for additional WhatsApp/SMS alerts or tokens) are strictly non-refundable. However, these credits are unique because they never expire. They will remain in your account ledger and carry over month-to-month until they are fully consumed.
5. Duplicate Charges & Technical Errors
In the event of a technical error, network timeout, or payment gateway glitch resulting in a duplicate charge, we will rectify the situation immediately:
- Please contact our billing support at [email protected] within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Provide your Host ID and transaction references.
- Once verified, a full refund for the duplicate transaction will be initiated within 5-7 business days to the original payment source.
