What is TokenX?
TokenX is a cloud-based queue and token-management software (SaaS) by Onsys Infotech. Clinics, healthcare practices and service businesses subscribe to it to issue and call tokens, manage walk-ins and shifts, and show patients their live queue status.
Who pays for TokenX?
The business does. The plans on this page are monthly subscriptions paid by clinics and service providers. They are not patient subscription fees.
Which plans are available?
Starter ₹1,999/month (1,999 tokens), Pro ₹3,999/month (3,999 tokens), Pro Plus ₹6,999/month (6,999 tokens), Enterprise ₹9,999/month (9,999 tokens), and Enterprise Plus at a ₹9,999/month base with 9,999 base tokens plus add-on tokens at ₹1 each.
What is the difference between Enterprise and Enterprise Plus?
Both have the same ₹9,999 monthly base price, 9,999 included tokens and the same support benefits. Enterprise Plus additionally lets you add extra tokens to your monthly allowance at ₹1 per token — for example, 2,000 extra tokens make the total ₹11,999 for 11,999 tokens a month.
Do patients need to install an app?
No. Patients can book and track their token in the TokenX web app from any modern browser. A TokenX mobile app is also available.
Can I manage multiple shifts or doctors?
Yes. The host portal lets you configure multiple shifts, manage your team and run the live queue for each shift from the Live Manager.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From Billing & Subscription in the host portal. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing month. Please read the refund and cancellation policy for full details.
What is the difference between tokenx.in and host.tokenx.in?
tokenx.in is this public website with product information, pricing and policies. host.tokenx.in is the portal where subscribing businesses sign in to run their queues. app.tokenx.in is the patient web app.
